The Way of Love: The Way of Love is a musical presentation, inspired by the life of St. Thérèse of Lisieux, that blends song and spoken word with the aim of instilling greater trust in the merciful and transformative love of God. Marie performs a mix of original songs and hymns, and each piece is selected to present a particular aspect of Thérèse’s spirituality. Marie infuses stories and reflections between songs to illuminate their lyrical messages.
Notes for the Pilgrim: Notes for the Pilgrim is a musical presentation that shares lessons from Scripture, the lives of the saints, and the Christian imagination, reflecting on the journey of the Christian life. Through songs and storytelling, Marie shares the “notes” she has gathered along the way, offering glimpses of the beauty, struggle, hope, and mystery of the pilgrimage toward our true homeland with God. The presentation invites us to recognize that we are all on a journey home.
What is a musical presentation? Marie’s musical presentations blend song, storytelling, and spoken reflection. She performs a mix of original songs and hymns, weaving stories and reflections between songs to illuminate their lyrical messages and explore the theme of each presentation.
Who: Can be presented to a general Catholic audience or adapted to suit specific audiences (e.g., men’s or women’s groups, young adults, teens, etc).
Length: Typically presented as a one hour performance, but length can be tailored to fit event requirements.
